I will be taking applications for my League as of now. The scheduled
Start Date for the Second season will be March 1st. This means that
races will be run on Saturday evenings at 9:00pm EDT. Depending on if
Hawaii dumps us off-line. Just fill out the following information and
send it to me as I will need to do a Stats check on you. I do require
that ONLY SKILL LEVELS 10-12 need apply.

March 1st?...You can bet your sweet-boopie that Hawaii won't be around.
Papyrus has plans to have NRO flying a few weeks before this date, but
of course 'the best laid plans of mice and men...'

And why ONLY 10-12's?...I'm not one, mainly due to not being on the
system very often, but IMO in order for you to accurately guage the
competence of a driver, you should have a test-trail for him/her to apply.

I know of far too-many 10-12's who earned these points by simply running
at 'dega for a while.

I'm not just spewing-off at the mouth, and I'm far from being the top-dog
on Hawaii, but I have raced against (and beaten) real NASCAR drivers,
and have run my own leagues.  Good luck with yours.  :)
