Now that I've finally upgraded my PC, I'm getting back into racing.  The one
problem I've encountered has me baffled.

I've played DTR on this PC using the keyboard.  I recently bought an Act
Labs Force RS (which I love btw).  Now, if I go to Options / Input inside
DTR, it locks up tight.  If I unplug power from the wheel, I get control
back.

Has anyone run into this before??
