specifications are around the minimum specifications for N3. That means
acceptable framerate in 640x480 with about every graphics on the screen.

N3 is NASCAR Racing 3 by Papyrus (published by Sierra Sports)
that is very much a simulator. This is the GPL Engine.

Computer *** World has some info wrong. N3 will be using the Grand Prix
Legends engine. I can't comment anymore than that though but there is alot
of mis-information going around about N3/N99....etc.
