4 Setups come with Nascar

I have never seen anyone mention the setups that come with the Nascar CD.
Four setups are provided: ace, easy, fast, and qual.  For those of us who
do not have time or are not able to setup the car correctly, these are a
big help.  The ace setup added about 7 mph on my lap average!  These
setups can be loaded by going to garage/options/load (if I remember
correctly).

On another note, is there an ftp site that setup files (text) could be
uploaded?  Just a thought...

IMHO the time you spend driving with a decent packaged setup like Ace will
teach you a lot.  I use ace and just work on my driving style.  After months
I have just learned how to really get down through the dogleg at Talladega...
and I wasn't bad to begin with, but one minute little adjustment to my line
and I can go 50 laps now on one set of tires.  Learning how to really drive
the car will do just as much as any wild setup trick.  I think it's called
'seat-time'

I dunno. I loaded up the default Watkins Glen setup, went thru the
esses, jammed on the brakes at the end of the long straight, heading
for the McDonald's chicane, and the back end came around.

Time to move that rear weight!!!!

Same thing for C***te...

Go #6 Mark Martin and #16 Ted Musgrave - Jack Roush Racing!!
