Having downloaded the demo, and having seen its out in other parts of
the world, I have to ask this question:  Does it support Glide or
DirectX rather than specific cards?  If not, does it have any 3DFX
support?

It has no specific mode for 3dfx cards, it uses direct x for them. It does
have support for a lot of other cards though, I can`t name them all, but Its
the usual bunch of 2d+3d cards
