Open G/L N2003 & 9700 Pro

I am running a nForce2 Asus with an ATI 9700 Pro.  Trying to get N2003 to
run in Open G/L but N2003 wont save the configuration setup and defaults
back to D3D.  I am getting 83 FPS with Quality setting so may I shouldn't be
too concerned, but still want see how it is.

Any advice would be appreciated

Seems to be a problem with the Catalyst 3.1 drivers. I can't switch to
openGL either, but D3D is running fine at 6XFSAA and 4XAF, I can't complain!
