Hey,

What's with all the letter columns between the number
of players and the ping?  I can't find anything in
the manual explaining what they are. (D,Y,P,V,%, etc.)

Also, what's with the fact that nine out of ten races
I try to join I get a message of "Connection Failed"?
I have no problem whatsoever connecting to VROC or GSB.

D: Damage on
Y:  Yellow's on
P: Pace Lap on
F: Fixed Setups
%:  Percent of full race length

I'm not sure about the Connection Failed message, I get it a lot.  It could
be that GSB acutally displays the status of a race and if a Race is in
Practice you can join it, but if the green flag has dropped, you can't join.
It could be that N3 missed the "Status" column and maybe the server is
already in Qualify or Race and we just can't get in.

I know this has been posted before, but once more for the record, from
actual tests, here's what they mean:

D    Damage setting        A    Arcade damage model
                                      D    Realistic damage model
                                      nix   No damage

Y    Yellow flags             Y    Yellows are on
                                       nix  Yellows are off

P    Pace Lap                  P    Pace lap
                                       nix  No pace lap

F    Fixed Setups             F    Setups are fixed (everyone uses the
same setup)
                                       nix  Setups are not fixed

M   Driving Mode           A    Arcade mode
                                       nix  Realistic mode

%                                    Percentage of the actual race
length that will be run.
                                        eg. California at 10% = 0.1 x
250 laps = 25 laps

Hope this helps.

Jeez, sorry about the piss-poor format of that post, it looked much better
when I typed it in.
