DTR and D3D: No go?

Hi,
when I try to play the DTR-Demo with my TNT card, the game always throws me
back to the windows desktop after I have chosen a track!
It runs fine with my Voodoo card.
Anything made this experience and is there an explanation or solution?

My System:
P3 500, 128 MB
Riva TNT (Elsa ErazorII) with latest Detonator drivers & Voodoo2
Sound Blaster Live Value
DX 7.0

Strange. I'm using the NVidia on an STB Velocity 4400, which is a TNT
and it's fine.
My spec is actually very close to yours, other than processor:
P2 400, 128 MB
STB Velocity 4400, Detonator and STB Black Magic V2.

DX 7.0

If it's any help, my TNT driver revision is 4.11.01.208 dated 7/1/99

Have you tried "Autodetect" in the set-up screen?  That tells yer box which
card yo want to use.

BTW - I have an ASUS TNT 3400A/V - it works fine and looks great... so there's
no problem here with d3d.

Thanks for the replies!
Some guy told me, it would not work under Windows95 and upgrading to
Windows98 would help...
Well... I'm glad, I got the additional Voodoo card...
