Off-road... Ford Racing?

The archive appears to have only one post with the word "off-road" or
"offroad" or "dirt" in the subject line.

What's the best off-road simulators? Doesn't have to be a perfect
simulation, driving through lush scenery sounds like fun. Preferably
something that GoGamer has since I'm going to order GTR Evolution from
there. I'm looking at Ford Racing: Off Road.

Thanks.

depends what you mean by off-road.
For 'drive anywhere' this one looks good, not sure if it's out yet.
Called MotorMax (or MotorM4x 1337 spelling like they do :) )

For gravel roads you CAN'T go past Richard Burns Rally which GoGamer
has.

the absolute best off road rally simulator was moble 1 rally
championship by magnetic fields and released by ea in 99 or 2000; the
photo releastic graphics were considerably ahead of the curve at the
time; but now you can have everything set on ultra and enjoy the
drive. anyone who is familar with this sim will likely agree. you
might find it 2nd hand or on ebay maybe.

The CMR line of titles is widely regarded as Arcade (trash) here on RAS ;-)

Richard Burns Rallye still is up there with the best rallye sims ever
released, shame they had to lock down / encrypt the content as they
did.
