        I just got NASCAR 2 today and tested it for some 5 hours now.  I have not
encountered any of the errors you all are talking about.  I have to say
that Papyrus has done a great job in improving Nascar 1.  All the tracks
are easier to drive, the graphics are breath taking and the interface is
easy to use.  The only problem i have with the game is that when you
qualify you can't decrease the fuel load.  In real life a Nascar car will
qualify with minimal fuel to increal speeds.  Other than that I have seen
no other problems.  By the way Dell p200xps, 48Mb Sdram, Screamin' 3d
video, running renddma through MS Windows '95.

Papyrus did an outstanding job with the tracks and including a spotter with
voice.  They also worked closely with Bobby Labonte, and he pointed out to
Papyrus that Goodyear decides on the tire stagger and that qualifing and
race starts must be with a full tank gas.

Thought of the day:
        A good angle to approach any problem is the try-angle.

<snip>

Sorry, but they don't. The fuel is included in the weight calculations and
the teams are required to qualify and start each race with a full fuel
load.
