For those who have not yet heard, Kenny Irwin has been killed today.  It
appears his throttle stuck wide-open, and he hit the wall in nearly the
same spot Petty did, according to cnn.com.  My prayers & thoughts are
with all his friends, family & fans.  :~(

  Michael Waltrip can be a goofball most of the time, but he has been saying
for some time now that the Oval tracks need to learn a thing or two from the
road courses.
Witness the amazing headon in the Bucsh Watkins Glen race last week.  The
guy climbed right out.  The ovals are gonna have to figure out some way to
soften the walls.
