I just got my Screamin Card today. The first thing I noticed was my
mouse was choppy in the garage screen. Also, I felt that overall
framerate was not as good. I ran Renddma and this helped but my mouse is
still choppy in the garage screen. Is this normal?

Yes, it seems this way for everyone. Not choppy perhaps, but sluggish? I
think I read that Sierra acknowledge this problem as a bug.
