RBR newbie Question

I have just started RBR and the framerate seems too slow at times.  I
would like to reduce the eye candy to improve the FPS, but I cannot
seem to find how this is done in RBR.  I may be looking right past the
right place but I cannot see it.  Where can the graphics settings be
adjusted?

You don't set them ingame. You do it from the

Start/Program Files/Games/SCI Games/Warthog Games/Made With
Magix/Richard Burns Inc./Richard Burns Rally/RBR This May Be The Last
Dir/Who Knows/Video Settings

Video Settings!

Whew.

you want RBR startup.exe and Richard Burns rally.ini
Make sure the game is patched to 1.02
