I do not know if it is true, but i heard that GP3 will have an option for
the player to hide in the bushes and to start crying after spinning out of
the race. Really realistic !!!

Oh ... the rumor I heard was that the option was for the player to hide
in
the bushes so that the TV cameras couldn't read his lips spouting off
some
few choice words   :-)

In that case I'm sure they've also modeled the bottle-throwing tifosi as
those are the real-life reason for hiding in the bushes.

What about cars being wrecked by fans and tires getting lost during
pit-stops???

Yeah that was Ronspeak from the Maclaren press office.

Hmmm Marshals really putting their arms round the man and trying to console
him while he is cussing and swearing???  Difficult to believe somehow. <G>

Beat me to it with that one ...

i do hear that that GP3 is going to be pure arcade. Reason.....Ferrari are
in with a realistic chance of winning the championship!

Not to many options if you want GP3 to be released before X-mas 2000.

Well as long as they model the drivers crying in the bushes, Ferrari do have
a realistic chance of winning the championship ;)

How about the best AI driver in the game getting thrown into the wall at
180mph and going the rest of the season in the paddock while his arch rival
throws bolts off his car, throws wheels around the place, starts crying in
the bushes and selecting the totally wrong strategy almost every time while
some lad who had only one 1 race (aka: The player)  before the season and
another who had won none(optional: another AI or a multiplayer game) make
him look like a big fool!

Now thats realism!

I also heard that at the box will include a special attachment to sure a box
of Kleenex to the bottom of you monitor, but it only works if you drive the
number 7car:-)

What about a simulated computer terminal in the pits, with an
emulation of an Internet connection and a newsgroup about auto
simulators where stupid morons spit useless nonsense?
