So how did it go?  Any chance I can get a replay from somebody?

I've got a 4MB file that says "Austria.vcr", dated yesterday, so I
suspect that this is my version of the race replay.

I think this is too large to mail to you in a single shot (although
it might zip down to something my mail system would accept). Do you
want me to try to mail it to you? Or, as an alternative, do you know
of a site I could FTP it where you could go and get it?

make sure you rename it...if you go back to the track without renaming
the file, it will be overwritten.

There was only Darryl, Neil and I. Still a lot of fun though. I took pole
with a 108.8 and ended up winning the race. Neil and I were lapping at close
to identical times for quite a few laps. To be honest, I'd rather chase Neil
than be chased by him. :-)

With a good setup, racing online with the F1 cars in F1C is really
tremendous. Not sure why there aren't more guys showing up.

If you still want it, I posted the replay to
http://home.comcast.net/~davegf/

OK, that's a good enough reason for me. But what about everyone who
has their name on the driver/car list and who *isn't* living in
Australia or New Zealand?

I was several seconds off the [blistering] pace set by David and
Neil, so I dropped back pretty quickly. Essentially, I ended up
running a solo event. It would be nice to have a few more cars out
there -- and the odds state that at least one of them ought to be in
my speed range.

With my schedule I cannot make every race.  However I do expect to be there
for Monaco this coming Sunday.

Which layout? Old or new? I was pretty quick on the old, but am shockingly
bad on the new...

A couple of hours earlier would work, or just move it to Saturday, and then
any time will be fine I guess  :P
