You have to win the tournament twice, then the credits will tell
you what the codes are.
Of course, you can always take the easy way out and get the patch
for it...

The correct way to drive the Warrior is to win two tournaments. Once the
first tournament is won, you can drive the Lost Vegas track. After winning the
second tournament, you can use the cheats : EAC POWR - Warrior, EAC RALY -
Makes Rusty Springs a Road Rally type of track, and EAC WARP - Speeds game play
to resemble an arcade game.
If you don't want to spend the time to win another tournament, you can get the
crack from several places on the net which allows you instant access.
