I know you enough to know you're kidding, but sometimes it's good to
enlighten you on the internal politics of FIA because as an american you
probably don't have a lot of coverage on the stateside news...

and even if it is a bit serious considering your mood (BTW, Mickey the shoes
was VERY good) sometimes it's good to have a clue about UBI's problems with
FIA deals, the way FIA makes its deals can give you a clue about what
happened, i have read that EA's F1 2002 will have complete multiplayer
online, I would be very careful with this kind of assessment as long as the
game is not released....

with the FIA twosome gruesome you never know what's going to happen...

Jack,  I watch as many F1 races via SpeedVision as I can but when it
comes to FIA and their politics [for lack of better word] it just doesnt
interest me. I am an old hippy & the last thing I get involved in is with
any political or 'high finance' type folks as I feel they are crooks. Call
me a cynic {as I probably am} but it makes my life nice & quiet!
Please dont mis-construe, I do understand your point but its just not
my "cup of tea." To each is own..eh? :)  Cheers -Thom_j.

Yah, whatever.  When is the patch going to be released?  I would like to try
F1RC offline before I worry about online.

Marc.

f1rcrelay :-)

Hi jeffrey, the problem has now been fixed for me by Schumi in the relay
chatroom. Turns out Ubi in their wisdom produced two different retail
versions of F1RC, mine was the wrong one.  Might also explain why some
people have better AI than others ;)

Funny, ymenard has been unheard from in this thread. Wonder why? Maybe my
newsreader didn't pick up his post.
