If I understand correctly - Papyrus is purely a ' department ' of Sierra and
all they do is produce the software. It is Sierra entirely who decide how to
package and distribute it around the world once its ready.
Therefore it was the Sierra people who decided that the same or more money
from Australians and New Zealanders fails to entitle them to the same value
added product which the rest of the world gets for their money. And it was a
Sierra person then who never bothered to test what an unacceptable output
was produced by the .pdf print-it-your-self on-disk manual when actually
printed.
Therefore I apologise to the Papyrus people.
( I also reiterate everything I said before except that it applies to the
Sierra people instead ).
