Yes, Make sure you get the correct one for whatever patch version you are currently running.  And
also note that you can't race on-line with the no-cd patch, you'll have to use the cd for on-line
verification.

Grab FantomCD or Daemon Tools or something similar and never have to worry
about nocd patches again. Nor all the extra hassle they bring (having to
find a new one every time there's a patch etc).

Caveat: Only applicable if you have plenty of harddrive space free.
