I have downloaded a ghost for Spa, but can someone step me through the
loading procedure so I can practice with this ghost.

Just copy the .seq file under F1RS\F1datab\Scope
And then when you are in the ghost menu, just click on the button close to
the track name.
You will see the ghost in the list. Select it and go on
