I'm currently using the Thrustmaster GP1 with the CH Pedals. You should be able
to find both for under $50(US) each.

I haven't seen one yet, but Actlabs RS is supposed to be great for $69.  A
Force Feedback version, the Force RS is available soon for $139.  It uses a
cartridge feature, so it can be used on a PSX, N64, or any other console
that comes along!
