What resolution are you running it in, and how much ram do you have
installed?
You should also download the Voodoo Banshee patch, which I believe may
help with this.
Perhaps switching off VSync would be another idea?

Try reducing the Detail Bias to 25-50% and, unless you have a high-end sound
card, reduce sounds to 4-6. With the system you described that will get you
good performance...drivable from the back of the grid and consistent 36 fps
off the grid. And with most all the other graphics settings enabled, I think
you'll find your screen to be "terminally pretty." LOL!
A free copy of GPaL to the first guy to pick-up on my joke. And another free
copy to anyone that keeps the joke going! Hehe.
Incidentally, Nichlas, despite the joking, the facts in this post are just
that.

Jack, settle down.

Guess you decided to pass on the continuation opportunity. Shame. Think
there's a lot more material there for warped minds like ours! Guess you
decide that one copy of GPaL was all you could stand. :(

I was practicing Monaco tonight, and when I came blasting out of the tunnel
and crested the hill, I yelled, "Call me a doctor. I think I'm gonna
crash."

Now look Kurt! You can't deplete the entire GPaL inventory single-handedly!
Come on RASers!

thing"
Well, I tried, please forgive me:)

Okay. You're on the list. Though I might not agree that there's nothing to
see at the 'Ring! :)

Well Kurt took the "first to identify" prize. But you still have a crack at
a continuation award. There's still more there, so give it a go! :)

P.S. Hope you find me more optimistic than Pynchon! :)
