Papy has the first official patch for N2003 out:

And the Truck Series Mod at Project Wildfire:

I think you have to download additional tracks separately but at least
we could race the regular tracks in the trucks for now. I-70 isn't on
their track download page at the moment.

Same with me, and I reloaded the page and got over 125kbs. Took about 6
mintues.
