Help for the IMS for NR2

Ok, anyone know why I can't qualify for the Brickyard? All it does is let me
run around in cricles over and over. When I finish it always places me in the
provisional spot, it wont even track my time under F1 or F2. Is it like this
with everyone, or am I just unlucky? Also, I used the AI patch from ANPS web
site, but I still have a lot of cars that think they are Indy cars and run
around the bottom of the track all day long. Any other fixes for that?

Hi Brett,

Just a thought. Check your Indy.txt in ....\NASCAR2\TRACKS\INDY and
make sure that the QUAL line reads 2 and 2, eg:

QUAL 2 2

Mine looks like that and works fine. You may find that it reads " QUAL
1 2" as I believe that produces the symptons you describe.

As for the AI, I know what you mean. I'm sure there will be a new set
for Indy, hopefully in the near future...

Hope that sorts it! :-)

QUAL 2 1 is the correct setting.
