know of for PPG/CART and a couple for Formula 1, but none that I've

Cars only load on oval tracks...
110% opponent strength = 85% strength in the CART96 set...
Opponents prone to taking each other (and you) out during cautions...
Gauranteed fewer than 10 cars finish each race...
Last qualifier time guaranteed greater than 120% of pole time...
Of course, to really make the game a true-to-life simulation, you'd need
the "USAC Officiating" patch, including randomly assessed (or not assessed)
penalties...
