Is there anywhere to obtain Monaco Grand Prix from Ubisoft in the U.S.

I think the release is schedule for 2/99....is there anyway to get it
sooner?

I got mine from www.interactcd.com. It is the Asian import but is in
English so doesn't make any difference.

I also got my copy from interactcd. I got my copy in a couple of days after
ordering it.
