  Just wondering where the hell this "rumor" (?) came from.  I read this NG at
least 5 times a day (ask my wife...! <G>), and I don't remember seeing
anything about this previously.
  Can you imagine 44 cars at Bristol on N2...???  Yee-HAAAAAAAA!!!

I noticed in my N2 manual (Uk-page 7) a s-shot of the Race Options
with Number of Opponents set to "41". This shows 39+ fields were
implemented sometime during development. We can only presume the pit
problems and maybe some other quirks crept in which denied the
appearance of this 'feature' of/in N2.

N3 for 42+ fields! I hope, drivers getting sent home, players praying
not to get "bumped" out the field..Trying to get a top 25 position to
guarantee a start... we can only hope.

Yes, I am the person who started all these things. It's true. we are
working ooon this. We got 42 cars so far working. We are getting there.
