OpenGL.dll is a file that is installed with your graphics driver not
gpl. It should be in your C:\WINNT\System32\ folder. If you are using
the nVidia driver from Windows Update it may only offer D3D & not
OpenGL, so try a driver from nVidia instead. With your 4600 the 45.23
drivers are probably best for gpl.
Alternatively, there is a file called Rendogl.dll that should be in your
gpl folder if you installed the OpenGL patch. There is a D3D (DirectX 7)
patch too, you could try this instead. D3D is usually a little prettier,
but OpenGL is generally a little quicker & less prone to font & FSAA
corruption.
