Not sure what you mean. Its an open beta. Anyone can race there.

If you're talking about the TSR's that people are using to cheat, we
know what they are.  

DON'T USE THEM!

We can detect this & we will eject people from the system for using
these cheats.  Please read my July letter that was automatically
downloaded to you a couple weeks ago (NRL_0796.TXT) for more info.
