Need cars for Nascar

I have heard that there are ftp sites available to download more cars for
Nascar Racing by Papyrus, if anyone knows of these sites and how to
download them and make them work I would greatly appreciate it.  I am
especially interested in a #94 Bill Elliott McDonalds car.  Also is there
a place that I can find setups for different tracks?
