I think you are mistaken.  England 2:0 Brazil.  Watch and learn about
defensive line-ups and midfield magic.  As for USA v Germany, I'd probably
agree.

Yep, your memory is correct. Can't remember the Dutch bloke's
name, but his nickname was "Lama" ever after ;-)

Frank Rijkaard.  I loved the butter commercial a few years later,
where both Rudi and Frank where having breakfast together. (That brand
had commercials during a certain period where they joined people who
couldn't get along in the past)
