I don't know about one at the domain that you talk about, but Papyrus
( the games creators) make available the patches for the game at ftp.std.com,
directory /ftp/vendors/papyrus. Hope this helps. I know about this even though
I don't have a PC, as there isn't an Amiga version available yet.....
