No its not, only the demo.

It should be released somewhere in April (the 12th is the last date I got).
Only the demo is available at the moment.

As of writing, there are no recorded instances of *any* simulation "outing"
players as they compete on-line.

Some players however, persist in drive like limp wristed homma's all on their
own.
