Use the default FAST - should be good for 54second laps. I can't
remember if Long Beach is one of those tracks with horrible
qual to race lap time ratio, so it may not be enough.
There will be a patch to fix those discrepancies real soon.

so you can get a competitive race, and normal qual times on
all tracks when always running with 100% strength.
