to download. As I have really good trust in his setups, I would like to use
them, but he has written Pre-patch besides the filename. Will these setups
work after the patch is installed?

 They all do on my computer, with the latest patch for F12001. I know
what you mean, some older setups won't work with the newest patch
(can't load them).
