RC2000 frame rate "fix"

I recently upgraded from SLI'ed Voodoo II's to a Voodoo III 3000 AGP with
the hopes of improving Rally Champ 2000 frame rates. Surprisingly, the
performance got worse, even with the "v3driverfix" in the ral.cfg. Even at
800x600 with all options off.

Last night, I turned off A3D audio (I have a Diamond Monster MX300) and now
it's running great. I have the latest (2.25) A3D drivers, and the latest
Monster MX300 drivers, and apparently RC doesn't like them.

I also found the sound a bit better without A3D. The engine is more throaty.
The co-driver voice isn't quite as realistic, but it's fine.

Anyway, if you're having frame rate problems in RC, you might want to try
this.

PC: 333 MHz Pentium II with 128MB RAM.

Yah, this sim is cpu hungry, so every cycle you can free up is good.
