Start turning right and hit your handbrake
When you hit the 180deg mark, turn your wheel all the way to the left
This will align the tires with the direction the car is going for the last
part of the 360 and allow it to complete it much easier

Heres how I do it now (anyone feel free to correct me if they think it
should be different). Get up to speed, hit the handbrake button and release
the accelerator (keep handbrake on). Start turning sharp, once you've spun
180 (maybe 180-200) release the handbrake and hit the accelerator while
still turning. I can do it every time using this method, but it took me a
while to get there.....
Happy turning !!!
