SCGT Strategy, Thanks Penske

So I'm trying out a career with the Aussie V8 cars.  I shortened the races
to 30/60/90/120 minutes instead of the default which was something like
90/180/360/720  even the shortest race would have been 90 minutes!  Yow!
I noticed I could go just about 12 minutes before I ran low on fuel and
ran off the tires...Most of my mistakes happen when the tires drop below
80%.  So borrowing from Gil deFerran and the Penske team, I pitted a lap
early and took a gallon less of fuel.  That moved me from 2nd to first  by
the time the AI pitted.  I stretched the lead during the middle segment and
short pitted again with about 9 minutes to go...Came out in 3rd and ran my
fastest lap of the event on the inlap for the AI's last pitstop.  Cruised to
an easy win even with a spin on the last lap.

to edit in Silverstone and Bathurst, you don't edit the matrix.mc but for
the Touring car patch the matrix.tc file.
