Force RS + Shifter work alright with DirectX8a?
Visited the Act Labs site but couldn't find any notice about it, or anything
about
updated drivers for dX8a.

Yes. I loaded DirectX 8 from the N4 CD and my system immediately became
unstable and rebooting, problems, etc. It was a mess ;)
I installed DirectX 8a and everything is back to normal and I gained about 6
to 10 fps. My ACT-LABS and Force RS are working fine with it.
