Could be waiting a while. Apparently the car files are encrypted
somehow (probably with a CRC-check code). If you change even 1 byte in
a car file the game will not work. So unless someone from the NFS
development team slips out the specs for these files, I doubt we'll
see a car editor. Sorry for the bad news, I'd love to have a car
editor too.
