Hi all,
   I paid a quick visit to Game in Wrexham this morning, and they've
got a 3rd party GP2 patch CD on their 'just out' shelf. I briefly read
the package and it suggests that it includes car designer (like gp2jam
from Mr. Kellaway if I remember correctly), damage editor, and more
interestingly, a set of graphics drivers to increase performance on
accelerated graphics cards. It didn't say whether an accelerated card
meant 3d, or just VESA 2.0. Anybody else got any more information on
this, seen it, got it, know if it really works? Price was 14.99UKP I
think.

   Remeber, I said 3RD party, NOT FROM MicroProse.

I just remembered, it also mentioned a patch to allow play over tcp,
but I dont know how many players (probably just simulated direct
serial over network).

chipset accelorator wich is also avaliable for FREE download.
God the cheek of the people who put these collections together.

And what's the betting that the people who wrote the utilities included
on the CD never got paid a cent?
