Own Driver's Name on Car Side patch for - GPL

Peter , me old GPL Guru , Got the tracks - Cheers ! Just think of the sudden
increase in Quality of Life you just brought to an ageing petrol head. Damn
there's some clever ***s out there. What inspired them to pick those
circuits ? Were they linked to late 60's Gp seasons or something ?

What I wanted to know , if you've time - Now I 've installed loads of
patches - gold leaf Lotus49's and the like - what happens if I play linked
games with others who don't have said patches installed - will my car still
look gold leaf on their Monitor ?

Is there someone I should Lobby to register an interest in a new circuit - I
would just love a drive round the current Goodwood Revival Circuit - that
would be amazing - then when I get chance to drive the real circuit I won't
look too much of a t*t
- GPL v. The Real World discussion Tried & Tested. I'm off to the 'Ring in
September with a supercharged Mk1 GTI and I'm dreading the corners being
unrecognisable from GPL !

Something I'd really like would be a patch that let you put your own
driver's name on the side of your car ! Then I'd know in a flash who I'd
just sent over the sea wall at Monaco ....

Cheers matey , Bog

Nope, just on yours.

Don't worry, if you know the GPL track well, you can drive the real Ring
blindfolded. Well, almost - there's no Sudkehre anymore so you'll be
sent sharp right instead of screaming onto GPL's pits straight. And for
the rest: just remember there's no Alt+R. Have fun.
