What all is included in the "tune-up kit"? Please post a reponse.
>I thought that I would chime in with my experiences with Thrustmaster

>In June of this year, I placed an order for tune-up kits for both of the
>T2's. One was still under warranty, so I only had to pay for one of the
>kits, which was $23.50 and billed to my credit card on June 23rd. The guy
>who took the order explained that they had a backorder on springs, so it
>would be two weeks before I received the kits. A month later, I had not
>received the kits yet, but I had been charged for one of them on my bill.
>I called Thrustmaster yesterday after placing the order almost two months
>ago. Michael in the parts department was very helpful and apologetic that
>this had happened, citing that he had just been hired to take care of the
>problems they had previously in the parts department. He shipped the kits
>out to me yesterday via next-day UPS, so I should get them today.
>I was a bit disappointed with Thrustmaster for this, but mistakes do
>happen. At least they realized they had problems and took care of it by
>hiring new personnel.
