Rally trophy nocd updated for the patch?

I know that it's been out a fair while, but has anyone found a nocd
crack for Rally Trophy ver 1.01? I'm notoriously bad with CDs, so I
usually try to get the Nocd patch pretty quickly, but this one's been
unobtainable so far.

Oh yeah, and Gamecopyworld.com only has a patch for ver1.0, dammit!
Any other places around? Does it even exist or am I going to drive
myself crazy looking for it?
