I don't know about the sim vs. arcade aspect of the discussion, but it

Thanks for mentioning the article Sean, I tried to give as quick a
rundown as possible on the whole debacle. The reasons I wrote about a
sim vs. arcade aspect is that this game was marketed as a "***
sim" to quote EA directly. Hard core simmers were chomping at the bit
for this one as it would have given us another NASCAR sim to run with
besides Papy's N2 or N99. But EA failed miserably with this game and
the arcade side is horrendous and their is absolutely zero substantial
simulation content within the game.

I just wanted to point that out as well as the misleading marketing EA
has shoveled our way. If we don't call companies on stuff like this
we'll just see more and more of it in the future and we'll have no one
to blame but ourselves.
