ICR2: Q at Indy While Linked

If you play ICR2 over the modem and have converted the Indy track then
this post is for you.

In the past, my modem partner and I have been attempting to qualify at
Indy.  It wasn't working.  Sometimes the laps for us would be posted as
caller = 350+ mph avg (or something ridiculously huge) and answerer =
100 mph avg (or something ridiculously small).

The flags would come up as random.  I might have gotten the green flag in
turn 4 on one lap, but then it's further down the straight the next lap,
or it may not be shown at all.

Also, even though laps were taken at 350+ mph, the actually Q position was
never accepted and we always had to start 32nd and 33rd.

I have not seen a post here with a fix for this.  If you have this problem
too, then I have a fix for it.

Go into the INDY.TXT file and find the following line:

QUAL  1 4

change this to:

QUAL  2 2

Save the changes.  Make sure the text still lines up in the columns.

Now when you qualify over the modem, the flags will come out at the
start/finish line and the laps will have the correct speed listed.  You
will also be able to obtain an actually Q position based on that speed.
You will no longer be forced to start 32nd and 33rd.

You will now only need two laps to qualify, so adjust your gas
accordingly.

Also, we have not tried "QUAL  2 4" to see if it will then still take 4
laps to Q.  We plan to try that the next time we are there and I will post
if that worked or not.
