I can't find it anywhere here in Southern California, and the stores
that did have it pulled it from their shelves and / or are not
restocking it.

I gave in and ordered it from the SH/Microprose 800 number, where,
believe it or not, they give you half off of Grand Prix II if you
order it from them and order Grand Prix Manager.
