I just bought an Orchid Righteoud 3dfx card this
weekend (I know - I'm behind the times) and it came
with the full version of Sega Rally.  So in answer
to your question, yes there is a 3dfx compatible
version available, but I don't know about a patch if you
didn't get a version that was not already "enabled".

There is an MMX patch for Sega Rally.
No 3dfx or d3d patch.

If you've got an MMX enhanced processor then this patch will give you
stunning (well reasonable) graphics.
