Does anyone know specefically what the line bcast_send_disable=0 does
in the core.ini file.  What information is broadcast?  Ping info?
What would be affected if this info were not broadcast?
Any help would be appreciated.

The information broadcasted is the sort of information you see on
Sierra.com.
I.e. Track, # of laps, session status, players, etc...
