First new third-party NASCAR Heat track available

The guys at TeamPepsi have come through for us -- their first add-on
track for Heat is a test track called "Jump Track" that will give you
an idea of what can be done for future Heat tracks.

You can download it here (it's a 286 kB download, and you'll also need
the track patch from the TeamPepsi site, which is a 1.9 MB download):
